We are a group of young vegetarians and just like most other vegetarians, we are more health conscious than any others. Recently, we happened to know Dr Chiu Nan Lai and became aware that the usual fruits and vegetables we get from the local market are not really that healthy for human consumption.

From other studies, researchers point out the fact that more than majority of the vegetables for sale locally are grown using pesticides, chemicals and artificial fertilizers (e.g. to accelerate the growth of vegetables and fruits etc). It is found that even if these vegetables and fruits are washed thoroughly (or soaked in water), it does not guarantee that these harmful substances can be totally removed. In the actual case, only about a small portion of these harmful substances can be removed, leaving behind foods that are not for healthy consumption.

So, with the mission of providing safe food for our customers and for the environment, SKYORGANIC.COM was formed  to promote organic food. Our organic farm in Batam, Indonesia

We believe that food in its purest state uncontaminated by artificial additives, sweeteners, colorings and preservatives is the best tasting and most nutritious food available.
